Design for real users: Build Actionable Personas by Matthias Klenk

Gather user data and translate it into actionable insights and develop realistic and relatable user personas. This workshop was really important because personas are not a subject that is widely studied. Most designers learn it in generic ways and don't fully understand what it means or the value it brings to the product. This workshop was a real game changer.

It was a nice teamwork experience, and I could talk to people who apply these techniques in their everyday work and learn a lot.

VDC Wintertime Social Vol.2

It was an enriching experience, exchanging design insights and making new connections in a cozy setting. Job hunting can be exhausting for juniors, so this event was especially refreshing. I could meet new people, share experiences, and it was pretty nice talking with other fellow designers who are in the same situation.
